How to customize these scripts to your life

Templates get you started. Three edits turn them into yours:

  1. Swap generic nouns for specific ones. “I attract a loving partner” → “I attract a partner who values curiosity and quiet mornings.”
  2. Soften anything that flinches. If “I am rich” feels too far, “I am becoming comfortable with more money” goes in instead.
  3. Cut anything that doesn’t land for you. Don’t keep an affirmation because it sounds good — keep it because it feels at least 60% true.

Common script mistakes

  • Only using “I am” statements. Mix in “I notice,” “I feel,” “I’m becoming” — your subconscious takes them better.
  • Mixing multiple goals in one script. One goal per subliminal is cleaner.
  • Negations. “I don’t worry about money” still activates worry + money. Rewrite as the positive state.
  • Too long. 20–40 affirmations loops well. 100 is noise.
  • Writing once, never updating. Your goal will move. Your script should move with it.
