Whisperloop helps you create, listen to, and loop positive affirmations mixed with ambient sound.
It is meant for personal well-being and relaxation, not as therapy or medical treatment.
You confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or the legal age of digital consent in your country).
If you are younger, you may use Whisperloop only with the supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms.
Whisperloop is for your individual use.
You agree not to use the app for commercial, promotional, or harmful purposes.
We care deeply about your privacy. Here's how your data is handled:
Anonymous Storage – Whispers (titles and affirmations) and, if you choose, your recorded voice are stored securely in AWS S3, but without any personal identifiers. We do not collect your name, email, location, or other personal data.
Local Data – Playback states, preferences, and offline content remain on your device.
Analytics – We use Firebase Analytics to understand general usage patterns and improve the app. These analytics are anonymous and never linked to your identity.
Voice Recordings – If you record your voice, it is used only to generate your personal whisper voice and is never shared publicly or used to train other models.
You agree to use only positive, non-harmful, and non-explicit language when creating affirmations.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates app store content policies.
Whisperloop's age rating reflects its intended peaceful and positive content.
User-generated affirmations may alter suitability for younger users.
By using the app, you accept responsibility for your own created content.
We occasionally update the app to enhance features or privacy practices.
If any significant changes are made to these Terms, you will be prompted to review and accept them again before continuing.
We take reasonable measures to protect stored data, but no system is entirely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any backups.
All communication between the app and our servers uses industry-standard HTTPS (TLS) encryption to protect user data during transfer. We do not implement or expose custom encryption methods.
Whisperloop may offer paid features or subscriptions through your app store.
Payments, renewals, and refunds follow each store's policies.
We do not store or handle your payment details directly.
Whisperloop is not a substitute for professional therapy, medical advice, or diagnosis.
Results and experiences vary by individual.
Use Whisperloop as a complementary personal growth tool, not as a professional service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bitter Works shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use Whisperloop.
You may stop using Whisperloop at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect new features, policies, or legal requirements.
If we make significant changes, you will be prompted within the app to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use Whisperloop.
The "Last updated" date at the top will always show the most recent version.
By continuing to use the app after accepting the new Terms, you agree to be bound by them.
